Return and Exchange Policies:-
  1. Once you received parcel please make unwrapping video of your parcel if incase you receive any faulty product or wrong colour it will help us to exchange for you
  2. While unwrapping shipping label should be visible with your name address and barcode details on it.
  3. Returns available within 2 days .
  4. Shipping charges will be born by buyer to be eligible for return policies the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  5. It must also be in the origin packaging.
  6.  Please Note : No Returns accepted for such reason such as colour mismatch, Size Issues, Dislike Product.

Ndr Policies:-

  1. In case of failed delivery attempts (e.g., recipient unavailable), delivery carriers may leave a notification or attempt redelivery based on their policies.
  2. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping
  3. Once corrected information is received, we proceed with reshipping the order. Reshipment timing may vary based on product availability and shipping method.
  4. Refunds for returned prepaid orders will deduct the original shipping charges.
  5. Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
  6. Refund will be initiated after 24-48 hours after we receive the product.

Please note the following regarding color and size:

  • Color: While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. We do not accept returns based on color differences.
  • Size: We provide detailed size details in the decription  to help you choose the correct size. Please ensure you refer to the description before placing your order, as returns for size-related issues will not be accepted.
